Ford Transit Roush to hydrogen
Roush Technologies has prepared a Transit to liquid hydrogen and gasoline, as flex-fuel option for commercial use in Europe . The engine of this Transit is 2.3 liters and thanks to the three tanks that store compressed hydrogen at 5,000 psi, you can travel up to 216 km.
This firm has been working for a long time with the Ethanol , hydrogen and other components, but only now can afford to introduce a commercial vehicle with liquid hydrogen. This is interesting will be presented at the event UK National Low Carbon Vehicle at the facilities of Millbrook Proving Ground, England .
But this is not the only project that has Roush , but it also is working on building service stations for these fuels. More precisely Great Britain, Roush has already prepared the infrastructure to build several gas stations, where they already confirm that they are near water supplies and electricity they need.
The Transit is another step for hydrogen cars, so now just missing a try and see how we can be useful in daily life.

Just a clarification of a couple of points in your article. The Roush Transit has 3 tanks for storing gaseous hydrogen…not liquid hydrogen.
Second point, Roush are not responsible for developing the refuelling infrastructure for supplying their new dual fuel vehicle ITM Power are through a memorandum of understanding that was agreed on the 28th March 2008 http://www.itm-power.com
Other than that thanks for the report.
