Suzuki finish to close this year with a decline of approximately 0.9% compared to last year, well behind his idea of achieving its plan to sell three million cars by the year 2009 . These bad numbers, it must, of course, the low sales that were recorded during recent months by the financial crisis. The units sold in the 2008 reaching a total of 2.4 million .
But despite the slowdown, (which is better or worse for some companies)
Suzuki is among one of the best firms that resisted this blow by the crisis, as it has been able to buy back part of actions that have GM , and managed to get many benefits through their latest models. In the Spanish market the company closed the 2008 with 14,000 registrations compared to the 25,000 envisaged.
The malaise is living
Suzuki , however, will not be any excuse for sustained growth leading to over the years, since the models currently marketed and future that will provide launch, are of excellent quality. The Japanese company aims to become, later, actions that are left in GM , to be well back an independent firm. As well as Mazda is going to make Ford .
It is hoped a good
2009 to Suzuki , which is expected to launch a redesigned SX4 , the new High , the saloon Kizashi , and two small more cars. And for the 2010 we will see a redesigned Swift and Grand Vitara.
