2009 Toyota Yaris TS, first images

Toyota I present the other day a sportier variant of its Yaris , the ST, (for some European markets), where as we can see in the pictures, it incorporates new and outstanding details that make it more aggressive.
This new variant has a 1.8 liters engine, 16 valves and 132 hp. Its maximum speed is 194 km / h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 9.1 seconds. The average consumption is 7.0 l/100, with emissions of 164 g / km of CO2 and the change is six-speed manual.
On the outside we see that it has changed significantly with respect to Yaris conventional, where we appreciate a new front bumper, a new air intake, grill, and a lighter touch in its optics. On the side we see some new rims and skirts. And at the back we see a new optical groups, bumper, and exhaust outlet and air.
And inside it has changed and become more aggressive and sporty, it incorporates a leather steering wheel, and sports seats. But besides the new Yaris TS has a tougher suspension, which improve the dynamic section.
There are many more details and pictures of this model for now, but not much to see it live on the Rooms Geneva 2009 in a few weeks.
