McLaren MP4-12C 2011, at last before us

Another great news we will have this year is undoubtedly the new model McLaren . This is what was called by the signature P11 , and has now been confirmed as MP4-12C , as shown here.
In this sculptural beauty we see in image were manufactured 1,000 units . And it will be at a price of 125,000 and 175,000 pounds in England (in 145,000 and 200,000 euros at current exchange rates) approximately.
The engine of MP4-12C is a V8, supercharged by two turbochargers, in the rear. Has 3.8 liter engine, a maximum power of 600 hp and maximum torque of 600 Nm. Its maximum engine speed is 8,500 rpm and dry sump lubrication. The gearbox is automatic dual-clutch seven-speed, with levers on the steering wheel.
The operation of the cam is similar to the cars of F1 : if disposed toward us right cam gear is increased, if push comes down, the left lever works the opposite. An exquisite handling is what you get this McLaren with these cams. In 3.5 seconds comes from 0 to 100 km / h and the maximum speed reaches the tip 325 km / h . awesome!
It also has a function called Pre-Cog , which is intended to inform change (through a gentle push on the cam) that soon will require a gear change. Thus, the gear shift is performed more quickly when you press the lever a second time.
Also highlighted in it, the flat bottom, aerodynamic rear diffuser, exhaust outlets placed in an upper area of the back (to optimize the operation of the diffuser) and a mobile spoiler (which rises or falls depending on speed). The suspension is independent with parallelogram deformable in two axes. The shock absorbers are connected by a hydraulic system, which aims to reduce the vertical movements of the body. The composite brakes are aluminum and cast iron. Optionally, will be available ceramic disc brakes.
The interior is impressive, the same highlights the chrome center console, large-scale clock, the output of air, logo, and many other things that make it really unique.
Outside appreciate many features of the McLaren F1 (see story here), as the glazed surface, the central engine cover, rounded line (mostly in the front), color and many finishes reminiscent of the mythical model. Overall I think this is one of the best cars that were submitted this year.
