Not confirmed, but Toyota could be developing a variant GT your Prius III for next year.
A version that is difficult to determine how it will be enhanced. The only thing I can imagine is that its engine will have more explosive power, as batteries do not think that they can deliver more energy than they give, or not! It is the only way I can conceive of a Prius GT , since the other way, I think, is very difficult to realize (I could be wrong).
But if you only talk about a redesign of its exterior, ie, an aesthetic GT only, the hybrid engine can not touch at all.
The only recreation we see that it has dropped a few centimeters, it incorporated a new optical groups, air intake, tail, wheels, spoiler and many other details that make it really interesting.
At the moment everything is in doubt, as always, but if it comes to reality, is only for Japan , since there may be more successful that, after reaching a Europe and United States .
