After having shown some time ago, the prototype of the new Karma , Fiske , finally, shows us pictures of his new officers highly sports saloon (production model), where as we see the brand of American shows all the potential it has.
In the picture we see a Karma painted with a silver gray, (worthy of a luxury car) where it fits really well. Regarding the design, Fiske has not changed much at Karma regard to the prototype. But despite this highlights the grille, lower part, its size, the style of German sports that permeates this, tires, wheels passengers, the design of the doors and windows, aluminum in its structure and excellent completion its back.
The cost of this super sports saloon Green, is 87,900 U.S. dollars , which recently put up for sale is at the end of the 2009 .
The engine of Karma will be gasoline, the GM Ecotec , where it becomes a generator to charge batteries Lithium-Ion . The two electric motors that have given a power of 408 HP (300 kW). This will give a range of 80 km, thus leaving 100 mpg (2.4 liters / 100 km) per year. The maximum speed is 200 km / h , and goes from 0 to 60 mph in just 5.8 seconds.
The Karma will be manufactured by Valmet in Finland, where it is expected to reach 15,000 vehicles per year . Half of them expected to be sold in Europe . Fiske present it formally in Detroit next month.
