Jaguar C-XE and XE 2012 recreations

Some time ago we talked about that Jaguar would be submitting its new super, by the 2012 . But this was not just simply a rumor and a dream that many had in mind (the return of the xj220 ).
Unfortunately, the arrival of the xj220 was just a guess of what was being signed up to, because in reality is not only more than a new sports model, but this one below XK . This is called XE (Cabriolet), and C-XE (Coupe).
The XE was designed in collaboration with Lotus (only a few mechanical parts), as it did earlier Jaguar with XKR , which helped to make point the chassis and other details. But also said that the signing of legendary competition ( Lotus ) could join the new XE in its plants, which would be an event for both brands. But as happened before (with the assumption xj220 ), this can only be an assumption, and an idea that could have Lotus . It remains to be seen.
The new model is coming, which is a variant Jaguar should have taken long ago. But as we saw Ford is only responsible for developing new platforms for sedans and signature, and not sporting events (the last was the new XK ). But now it seems that things will change, and for the better. Surely this is the first sport to present under Tata , and might still be some hope of seeing a new xj220 (one can still dream).
In the first image we see some very interesting and innovative lines, where XK has a strong presence in its design. But do not despair, because soon we will see more spy photos and recreations of this model, where a little of what we know.
