Its shocking…. as Dubai is Mainly running on tourism business & if this kind of accident will be not good for whole economy, also not good sign of traffic controlling services.
I have been there for some day, i have mark its not well discipline in traffic rule. as far as concern with your road & other facilities are good to drive smo0th on the road, i think there should be some precaution to be taken by the local government.
