Renault to revive Lada with the same strategy I use with Dacia

Renault , (one of the largest manufacturers globally), already has under its umbrella a Dacia , (a firm with a long name in your country, and on the fringes) also called for signing low cost. But now it was also with Lada (Autovaz) , a Russian firm that has a large market in those countries and a very good acceptance in many others. Both have much in common, either by the market point where, for the quality of their models (before) and in segments where they are engaged.
The idea of Renault is done by Lada a completely new signing, with improved productivity and design. But to achieve it must incorporate new platforms, engines and quality characteristics of Renault .
This will not be easy, because Lada is a very big company with lots of employees in it, leading to a slow and gradual improvement. It should be borne in mind that the biggest capital Autovaz belongs to the Russian government, which gives him little power within it.
The first step will be to create a new medium car, based on the Logan , where development and the staging of the same will be done in the newly 2011 . They also are designing new models, much more pleasant and competitive. But that’s not all as it possibly either Renault or Nissan manufacturing some of its models in the superplanta of Togliatti .
With this new project and future development, not only benefited Renault , which also Lada achieve growth on a global scale, where entry into new markets and others where he had despised.
